A personal reception for citizens was held by the Khokim of Tashkent City

✔️During the reception, 32 appeals were considered. 24 issues were resolved on the spot. The remaining appeals require thorough examination: the responsible officials were instructed to take the necessary measures within seven working days.

🤔Citizens raised issues related to social protection, education, obtaining medical assistance, economic disputes and legal protection.

🇺🇿 The Deputy Khokims receive citizens on a regular basis — at least four times a week. At these receptions, the population is heard by the heads responsible for the relevant areas. At the same time, some issues require additional study, while structural complexities and bureaucratic processes may affect the timeframes for resolving them. For this reason, the direct involvement of the City Khokim in handling citizens’ appeals is of great importance.

🔺The working meetings in the “Information, Report, Dialogue” format held two to three times a month are also becoming a platform for establishing dialogue with the population of the districts and discussing their problems.

Personal receptions and meetings with the population will continue. The interests of the people, the timely resolution of the issues raised and informing citizens of the results remain the focus of attention.
