Large-scale modernization on the Small Ring Road (KXAY)

As previously reported, major repair works are underway on the 2 km section of the Small Ring Road (KXAY) passing through Chilanzar district — from the Eye Microsurgery Hospital to Farhod Street.

Summary of works completed to date:

🛣 Road pavement and asphalt laying ⏺ The old pavement was removed by milling on an area of 61,551 m², and new asphalt is currently being laid on this section. ⏺ 6,515 linear meters of new curbs were installed.

💧 Drainage system The drainage network has been renewed to prevent water accumulation on the roads: ⏺ 5,763 linear meters of LI-5 type gutters were installed. ⏺ 600 linear meters of metal drainage pipes with a diameter of 325 mm were laid.

⚙️ Engineering communications Vital underground utility networks have been fully modernized: ⏺ Cold water network: 560 meters of new pipes (D-600 and D-300). ⏺ Hot water network: 120 meters of main pipes (D-800).
